| PORTRAITS ON THE MALECÓN | A DOCUMENTARY ABOUT A CUBAN WALL AND ITS FANS | ENGLISH | ESPAÑOL |
| Portraits on the Malecón is a travel diary documentary that explores the social uses of Cuban civic architecture through the personal relationships between the filmmaker and his Havana subjects. Using a nostalgic camera, they make a cinematic portrait with the malecón of Havana, Cuba and with each other. This 7 kilometer long wall that faces the ocean is an urban sofa where everything one does on a sofa is done in public, beside the sea, beneath the sky, in the open air.
